About the Author

I am happily married with five beautiful children. I was born in Pontiac, Michigan. I was raised in the Pontiac/Waterford area. I moved to the Lapeer area in 1996. I attended Pontiac Central High School until 1990 and then transferred to Waterford Township and received my diploma from Waterford Kettering in 1991. I attended Waterford Mott’s prom and had my senior picture in their yearbook. Confusing, I know!

I am an active volunteer for Operation Care Package of Michigan. The founder is my Aunt- JJ Fulgenzi. My little brother Patrick Sornson was sent to Iraq immediately following 9-11, therefore, sending my aunt on a mission to make sure that our troops are taken care. This is not about whether you support the war. It is all about supporting your fellow American…

My favorite bands are Big Don Sornson Band (My Uncle), The Cooley Pope Band (My Dad’s best-friend), & just found out that I kinda like Blackberry Smoke & Badd Habitz. A girl on my Myspace page has a beautiful voice- Ebony Ross, you might want to check her out.

Family is VERY important to me! I have alot of relatives, and they all have some sort of special meaning to me. It’s a great feeling to know that if any of us ever truly needs each other- we can count on that support!!!
